Questions & orders
How do I order Star Code?
Star Code is €221, with shipping included. It is 3D-printed in silver and hand-finished in Paris. Production takes up to four weeks before dispatch. The Pre-order button opens Stripe checkout. Please contact the atelier before payment for any questions about sizing, delivery to your destination or your order.
How do personal commissions work?
Request an online rendez-vous or contact the atelier directly. We discuss your intention, format, materials and individual specifications, then agree the final price and production schedule before you place an order. Sending a request does not place an order or reserve a meeting time.
What are the starting prices?
- Neurocode Jewellery: from €1,500; production from 1.5 months.
- Neurocode Artworks: Digital / Print from €108; Physical artwork from €1,200.
- Pixel Bag: from €1,500.
- Art Couture Piece: from €1,500.
- Neurocode Garment: from €2,500.
Commission prices depend on the agreed materials, format and specifications. Only Star Code can be paid directly through the site.
Where do I ask about an existing order?
Email atelier@mam8.io with your name and order reference, or contact us on WhatsApp. Please do not send payment card details.
Privacy
Maison Anastasia Mathiotte is responsible for the personal information submitted through the rendez-vous form. The form collects your name, email, chosen creation and optional message so that the atelier can respond and discuss a possible commission. Required fields are marked by the form validation; the message is optional.
The processing is necessary to respond to your request and take steps before a possible contract. Your request is stored in the site's database and is accessible to the atelier. Technical providers operate the site and its storage. Resend processes the name, email, chosen creation and message to send the enquiry notification to the atelier’s Zoho mailbox. Your information is not used by this form to subscribe you to marketing.
Information is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting order, including applicable record-keeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, or exercise your other applicable data protection rights, contact atelier@mam8.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Payments take place on Stripe's separate checkout. Payment information is handled under Stripe's privacy policy. Instagram and WhatsApp links open external services governed by their own policies.
